対象インターフェースにおけるIGMPの動作パラメーターQuery Holdtimeの値を変更する。no形式で実行した場合は初期値に戻る。
パラメーター
<100-5000>- 代表ルーター時のGeneral Membership Queryの最小送信間隔（Query Holdtime）。単位はミリ秒。初期値は500
