SHOW BGP BACKOFF

空きメモリー不足時のBGP-4のバックオフ（一時停止）動作の設定を表示する。

state BGP-4の動作状態。NORMAL（通常動作中）、BACKING OFF（バックオフ中（一時停止中））、DISABLING PEERS（完全停止中）のいずれか
total hist backOffs システム起動後の合計バックオフ回数（TOTALLIMIT、CONSECUTIVEによって完全停止してもリセットされない）
total backOffs 前回TOTALLIMITによって完全停止してからの合計バックオフ回数（CONSECUTIVEによって完全停止してもリセットされない）
total backOff Limit TOTALLIMITの設定値（バックオフの合計制限回数）
was backedOff 直前の時間帯にバックオフしていたかどうか。FALSE（バックオフしていない）、TRUE（バックオフしていた。これはバックオフが連続して発生していることを示す）
consecutive backOffs バックオフ連続回数。現在までバックオフが何回連続して発生しているかを示す
consecutive backOffs limit CONSECUTIVEの設定値（連続したバックオフの制限回数）
base Timeout バックオフ時間の基準値（秒）
Timeout multiplier バックオフ時間を決定するための係数
Timeout step STEPの設定値（バックオフが連続して発生した場合、何回ごとにバックオフ時間を再計算するか）
Timeout length (sec) 現時点でのバックオフ時間（秒）
Trigger on Mem use バックオフしきい値（%）
Current Mem use 現在のメモリー使用量（%）
