bgp confederation identifier

(config-router)# no bgp confederation identifier

（IPv4）指定したAS番号のASコンフェデレーションに所属するよう設定する。
no形式で実行した場合はASコンフェデレーションの設定を削除する。
初期設定ではASコンフェデレーションには所属していない。
