BGP-4に割り当て可能な最大メモリー量を指定する。

MEMLIMIT: BGP-4に割り当て可能な最大メモリー量（%）。BGP-4によるメモリー使用率がMEMLIMITを超えた場合は、すべてのBGPセッションを停止する。デフォルトは85%。
